A birthday card for my niece. The gold "porthole" is tarnished a little with Timber brown Stazon, and has an acetate window. I used the cuttlebug embossing folder for both the background and the waves. The fishes bubbles are crystal fingernail decorations!

Such a cute idea! I'm lucky to have seen this IRL. Those layered and multi-colored waves behind the fishies from the Swirls cuttlebug folder are so dimensional. Great touch with the sparkle too. TFS. Linda

Everything about this card is so clever Karen. The nail bling, the porthole, cuttlebug swirls for ocean waves. You have a wonderful imagination. It's all just too cute.
