My wonderful husband is deploying to Iraq on Thursday, (deep breath) and since he watches me make cards all the time for other people, I wanted to make him a little something special. I didn't want something sad, saying goodbye is hard enough as it is, but I couldn't make something cutesy either. I just want him to know how much he means to me.

Thank you so much for sharing something so close to your heart, i love everything about it, the card, the sentiment, but most of all, it's special meaning.

Such a neat card for him! I really like how you did your card!I'm sure whenever he sees this card, he will think of you making cards for others, and your thoughtfulness.
May God watch over him and keep him safe, and may you have peace in your heart and strength to carry on back here at home.
Thanks for wearing your heart on your sleeve and sharing with us!

I love what you have done with one of my favorite sets. I know how much this will mean to him. May God keep you both safe in his care during his deployement.
