This is my card for today's challenge. I am not an SU demo but I am am pretty sure that the chicken wire background stamp and Best of Cluck is retiring. I made this card this morning prior to the challenge being posted but if I am pretty sure it fits within the challenge quidelines.
This a birthday card for the general manager of one of the Egg & I breakfast restaurants that I work for....It's his Big 40th!
Did you know that there are 20 little chicks on this stamp...Times 2 = 40! Yeah! I am so good at math!
Their little faces look the same over and over again...I had to count a couple of times to make sure I got 20 and wasn't counting the same little chick twice!
The main panel hangs from the top strip by the twill. I made a card like that yesterday and really liked it so I did it again!

How cute! I like the hangy down part with the twill. Also like how you put the chicken wire on the X 40. That's a lot of chickens. I don't know if it will make him feel like a spring chicken when he counts them and realizes that is how old he is. All kidding aside - he will love the card.

Are you SURE there are 20 chickens? Hmmmm??? Heh-heh! You're so clever and funny. This is one chick-rockin' card, girl! Is the chicken wire a stamp or dp? Great attention to detail carrying the chicken wire over to the 40 and X circles, too. I'm loving your unique design of the hanging panel (you got it straight today, I see....LOL!.....I'm soooooooooo bad!). I like how the brown Cuttlebugged panel looks like a piece of leather, too. All teasing aside, this card is WONDERFUL! (Wish I woulda bought that Big stamp now.)
