Bleach domino for 2 hrs, dry. Paint background with Pearl White Lumiere, spray with workable fixative, stamp image with Staz-on, spray fixative, color in with SU pastels or Sharpie markers. Spray fixative then seal with Crystal glaze.

These are beautiful dominoes! I've been admiring dominoes for a while now and this might just be the final inspiration I need to just do it! I'm not familiar with all the different fixatives. What specific kinds do you use?

The workable fixative you'll find in a craft store by the artists pastels and charcoal drawing supplies is Grumbacher. It's used to keep your work from smudging. The Crystal Glaze (Triple thick) is by Krylon and I found by the acrylic paints (Dreamcoat, Folk Art). These are really addictive. I'm currently working on turning them into pendants to give as gifts.
