A soft, subtle card that can become a pattern for any type of card. Love that slit punch...I folded my CS in half then added about a 1" strip of brown CS to the inside right side. Punched the slip punch first then applied adhesive except under the punched area. Then trim the top right blue CS about 3/8"-1/2" so it will fit under the slit. It's best to eyeball how much you cut off the top portion so it fits into the slot good. The background is stamped with bordering blue thanks verse all over then with bordering blue Canvas. Flowes are sponged with brown ink, left brown paper is crumpled, flattened then sponged with brown ink. Cursive thank you is stamped along bottom right corner.

Ok ... I love this card! I'm not really sure that I understand how you did the slit punch part, but that part looks similar to one I've done before. This is a really great card Michelle!!! Thanks for all the detail on how you did it... It will make it much easier to CASE (although, I could only dream mine would come out half as good as yours!!!).

The brown part of the card with the slit is on the inside of the card. The front part of the card is the blue...it's been trimmed on the right side to fit into the slit.
