This started out as an LSC114, but I just couldn't stick to the list. This whole card makes me think of bubblegum - the colors, faux rik rak, etc. I like making my own striped backgrounds with markers. And that's what I did. It's so simple and quick, and I love the roughness of it. The faux rik rak is a new discovery of mine. I cut out cardstock with corkscrew scissors, and then I embossed white dots on them. Love how this turned out.

This is too cute! I cannot believe you made that striped background paper! The thought would simply not occur to me. TFS, I am putting this into my favorites.
