This is a wonderful layout for a masculine card that I saw *somwhere* but I don't remember where! :( Let me know if you know so I can give credit! I don't know if it was a magazine or here on SCS. I do believe I changed the original layout a little bit by tearing the bottom layer and putting it over the top rather than trimming it nice and straight.
To make, cut a sheet of 8.5x11 Chocolate Chip CS down to 4.25x11, score and fold in half. Attach six massive eyelets, then score the front so Dad can open the card. Cut two quarter-sheets of CS, one in Sahara Sand and the other in either Old Olive or True Thyme. Trim them down so they are 4" by however wide they need to be minus a quarter of an inch so you can leave an eighth inch border around the layers. Tear the OO/TT piece into approximately 1/3-2/3 and cut the SS down so it extends just past the torn edge of the 2/3 piece.
Stamp the harness racing horse in Vintage Photo on light tan paper and cut out with the smallest oval that will accomodate it on the Coluzzle template. Grab the companion template and cut a mat out of Chocolate Chip, and assemble as you see here.
Thanks for looking!!!

Very nice card. I love the tearing of the paper and also the rivets on the side.
