To distress the red strip of paper I first stamped it,and direct to papered the edges with a lighter toned ink.Then I roughed up the edges using a Heidi Swap Paper distresser. I then sprayed the paper and crumpled it up and rolled it around in my palm. I then laid it flat and waited for it to dry...
