I had another leftover piece of this fab patterned paper, so I paired it up with this Flower Bella.
I colored the Bella with watercolor pencils, added some sparkly gel pen over the border of her dress and a jeweled brad on her dress collar.
I handcut some of the flowers from the paper to glue over the oval image. I applied some Crystal Effects on two of the flowers to give them a glazed look. I also doodled a border and some colored dots around the flowers, to mimick the patterned paper.
I cut the patterned paper with deco scissors to match the shape of the bottom of her dress.
The oval mats are actually leftover cardstock I had from doing the frame for this week's Emerging color challenge (Gallery at Splitcoaststampers.
