Cathie Cusimano was a school friend whose family had a restaurant....that was some 40yrs ago! Ok, so it's the first Italian name that popped in my head!
I absolutely love Cammie's tile today!! I clear embossed a piece of Old World PP then punched squares and 'layed' my tile on gray cs, then ran it through the Cuttlebug with the textile folder.
the faux wood wainscoting is a paint chip with some lines added for boards.
the wall was Cuttlebugged with the swirl folder and dtp'd with going gray for a 'textured plaster' look
I stamped the chef twice, colored and cut out his scarf, cuff, hat and pizza tray. the scarf is only attached at the neck so the ends are free. I masked for the plaid pants...which after thinking about it...DUH...I could have just stamped the plaid and cut the pants out like I did the other stuff!
anyhoo...he's colored with prismas.
before sticking him down with some scrap rubber in his mid-section only, I 'rounded' him a bit so he'd have some dimension... a glue dot is at his toe so he looks like he's standing on the floor and not suspended!
his raised arm and pizza are free standing, pizza colored with Marvy embossing markers then clear ep, silver gel pen on tray
added the star brads for his buttons
(lol...no one in Cathie's family looked like this;)
tfl;)

A lot of hard work Dawn but it paid off. One of my favorite stamps sets and this is awesome. It so reminds me of a pizzaria that a friend of the family owns. Great great card. TFS! Oh yeah added to my fav's.
