I spent the day sorting my stampin Stuff yesterday....I ran across a few backgrounds that I had made a couple of months ago- here is one version: This is a Technique Junkie technique called powder keg enamel. I had just thrown out much of my rarely used colorful EP. This is Lime green and turquoise....plus silver. I cut out white boarders, cut them with scallop scissors and punched small holes around the boarder. This is also the 1st time to emboss brads. There is a stamp of a decorative machine stitch embossed with Irred Ice EP on the bottom. I am going to mail this as a RAK to a Technique Junkie who is having a birthday soon! Thanks for looking!
