Sorry, but I don't currently have the template for bib card. I can tell you what I did. I borrowed the oval die cut template from "creative memories", preparing to make two of them, and I made sure one of them I used the "designed" scissor (not regular scissor) and the other one, I made sure the oval edge is smooth cut.
Then I borrowed the circle die cut template from creative memories to make a little hole towards the top of one of these two ovals (can also do holes for both ovals).
Then, I attach these two ovals by gluing the top portion, about half inch from the top, so the cards would open from bottom-up. Then, the fun part begins, Stamp! Stamp! Stamp!
