I was talking to DH one day and telling him that I needed a work table to cut on that did not make my shoulders slump over and such when cutting, well he came up with this idea. The holders that put it together are for making wood (logs) holding racks for storing wood. I think they are called Stak-It. He used these and 2 x 4's to make the bench for me. I love it because it is the perfect height for me! He put plywood on top and below for a shelving unit. I will be putting vinyl flooring on the top of the table to make it smoother. I do love being able to come and cut and score standing up and not straining. The light you see is a clip on with a natural light light bulb. We have recessed lighting downstairs so needed something that would brighten up just my cutter and scor-it, so this works! I can turn it on when cutting and scoring and off when done. Saves electricity too. Let me know if anyone needs more info.
