It's really hard to see in my photograph, but the background is stamped on shimmery white paper and then colored in with Pebble's shimmery chalks - very sparkly IRL! I wanted to see how the two wheels would work together and loved how it turned out - a perfect card for a kid! No ribbon... no embellishments other than the googly eyes, but it works!
At my local scrapbooking store, I found a product called "E-Z chalk enhancer" and let me tell you - it is the coolest stuff! It's a liquid - kind of like a baby oil or mineral spirits type of substance - and I dipped my pom-pom into it, then into the chalks and it allows the chalks to move over the paper beautifully - almost like a paint would. It helps to seal the chalks as well, so nothing rubs off when you're finished with it. I don't see the manufactor's name on the bottle - sorry!
Thanks for looking!

I too love these 2 wheels together, very cool look! It seems so obvious that these 2 wheels would work together, it just never occured to me. Very nice coloring, that EZ chalk stuff sounds like something I need to look into! TFS!
