This card was all together and then I colored the candles with Glaze Gel pens. I smeared the ink after I was all done. What to do?? I pulled out liquid applique and made frosting.

OH! I got this stamp two weeks ago and have already made 3 birthday cards with it - for my son's 13th, i did the candles exactly as you did yours, then I stamped a large (foam stamp) 13 above it and overstamped it with the SU "celebrate" stamp. He was so sweet and said he would keep it always...I figure I can do that for any age since I have the foam number stamps for any number or letter. The frosting is a brilliant idea! Great save!

I added this to my favorites! It is such a simple, to the point design. Yet, at closer look, it must have been a lot of work. The different colors are great, and I love your frosting!

Am all over anything with frosting,I just know it's that great butter cream,mmmmmmm. Great idea and the frosting,...who ever gets this is going to want to lick the candles.
