As much as I loved this card when it was first done, after scanning it and looking at it again, I am picking it apart. WHY do I always do that? Is it just me....anyone else do that? I should have stamped the trimstastic rick rack in Rose instead of pretty in pink so it stands out more... My tearing could be better... On and on....
AND...I just now realized that this might not qualify for the challenge because I used mellow moss ink for the flower stems??? If so please let me know and I'll change the keywords or whatever I have to do. Sorry. I thought at first it just meant pink and one neutral for the card stock. I could have redid it with gray stems I guess but didnt'have any time left! Oops!
Credit goes to my sister, kjo13 for coming up with the idea of cutting out the rick rac stamp and running it through the hodgepodge buckle, Page 128 in the new catty is where I got the layout idea, and notimetostamp does such great square cards I've been wanting to make one for ages. This one is a 5 1/4"square and notimetostamp also did a beautiful pink & gray card that I loved so had to use the gray tonight.
I couldn't find a sentiment stamp the right shape/size to fit this layout..then I remembered this hostess appreciation set (from winter mini) that I've had for ages and never mounted, I liked the little sayings from it, so that's what I used, after I mounted it!
Oh, and I colored the flower stamps with markers, to get the two colors, then spritzed them with water before stamping them on the watercolor paper.
Wow, sorry to write a novel on this one! Thanks for looking!

Beautiful!!! Love the square... I can't get over how real that ric rac looks. Don't think I'd have noticed the diff if I hadn't seen your note on it!!!! (TY) I love how the torn pc. fits in the darker pink layer. Love this set and after seeing your card, I'm going to start using my set more! Love your card!
