This week we are sending encouraging thoughts and hugs to Karen who is rehabbing and recovering from a series of health issues including COVID. She likes dolphins, whales and sunsets so she must love the sea -- at least in my brain that is.
I pulled out my very old Crayon watercolors to attempt a beautiful magenta sunset. It wasn't beautiful. The colors were; but not so much the sunset. I found it was vastly improved by cutting it down so I framed it in an oval and mounted it atop an embossed bg. Added die cuts and nuvo drops to finish it off. The sentiment is typed using Bartleen Script font.
I hope the many beautiful cards head her way encourages Karen as she continues to rehab and gain strength. I hope your day is filled with loving encouragement and strength as well. TFL

I don't know what it looked like before but the after in an oval is gorgeous! The white bg and palm trees are a wonderful contrast to the striking sunset.

This turned out so well, Debbie! I love your beautiful sunset in the oval frame, and the die cut palms take it up a notch. Wonderful whale stamp, too! This will surely brighten Karen's day!

Gorgeous! Your sunset is spectacular and looks fabulous in the oval. The design, the EF, and your die cuts are all beautifully done. Headline banner is perfect...
