    Here is what I suggest
-Go for a walk. Walking is low impact and helps think problems through.
-Listen to higher energy music ( I tend to listen to Sarah McLaughlin when I am sad and depressed and it keeps me in that state, do not listen to sad music ).
-Get a pedometer (they can be cheap like 10-15$ or more). The rule of thumb is to walk 10,000 steps a day.
Here is my personal email address. Feel free to use it but let me know what your email is so it doesn't get deleted by my spam. [email protected]

Try to have a good day, Nic

We can do this together, one step at a time, one day at a time (guess I should put away my after eights-done)

and the drugs make me drowsy and brainless. I am an emotional eater and once things start going badly for me I stop making dinners (we have no children) and start having chips/nachos even ice cream for meals. I've eaten so much junk in the last month I don't even have cravings for it anymore but still feel the need to eat it. How bad is that?

So I think you and I need to huddle and get through this bump and move ahead with what we want in our lives. Lets just continue talking to each other about our woes, give each other advice and support and become the healthy, sexy individuals our families know we are.

I am so thankful for the timing of your email because I too am in such a slump and thinking of the advise I would and will give you I am going to use it for myself today.

Hi Pat, I understand your frustrations and it's very hard to get past what you feel at the moment. I am also sorry to hear about your employment situation, keep your eyes peeled you just never know what lies around the corner where jobs are concerned!

I've been doing badly myself since my edmonton trip in May and can't seem to get back into it. Then my basement flooded and I found out insurance doesn't cover seepage!! Also I hurt my back and neck last week which now I can't seem to do anything
