Card base is metallic green cs. Printed birthday images on photo paper to get best look, then fussy cut out panels to use on card. Added images to card base. Foiled sentiment using Minc and holographic foil, then die cut the sentiment with balloon die. Cut some smaller balloons, and die cut numbers from mirror card. glued the 90 to second balloon, added a sticker to the third balloon. Checked my vast array of Stickles for a color match, and (gasp!) didn't have a color I liked for this project!!! However, there, staring me in the face and sticking it's tongue out at me, chanting "Nyah nyah ne nyah nyah" was the most gorgeous chartreuse color of loose glitter. How many years has it been since I used loose glitter on ANYTHING??? Bit the bullet, and edged the 3 bigger balloons with the glitter and covered the smallest one. (Hm, yes, glitter everywhere, maybe why I don't use loose glitter? Oh, the sacrifices we make for art's sake...) Tied the baker's twine to the balloons, mounted the sentiment balloon and the 90 balloons with dimensionals, glued down the smaller balloons to the card. Then I put the card into an envelope and sealed it, before realizing I had not taken a photo. Ripped open the envelope, took photos, and THEN put the card into another envelope, addressed and mailed. Some days, right? BTW- I'm still brushing glitter off things at my desk...

Oh, you'll be brushing glitter off for days! But it's still worth it. It's certainly the perfect match here, but I can't imagine trying to simulate Stickles with loose glitter. I like the stickers in the balloons, and am very impressed with the quality of your printer.

So much fun and birthday cheer here. Love all the cute images of the presents with the celebratory balloons floating everywhere. Great personalization. I applaud you for sacrificing your desk to your art...I hate loose glitter so you know my admiration is large. Fabulous card and I hope her daughter is able to use those extra bits you sent her. They sound like fun too.
