I was inspired by the fact that the recipient likes working on her family farm. So I figure she likes plants, and thought she must like house plants as well as outdoor plants. I had never used this stamp set, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity!
I stamped the sign & the outline images for the frame, plants, & pots in black. I used various colored inks to stamp the filler images. I also used the shelf die to cut out the shelves, & cut them to shorter lengths with scissors.
For the background, I did the faux woodgrain technique on white cardstock with Hickory Smoke ink, then cut it into 1/2" strips. I marked another piece of white cardstock as to where the strips would go, & colored the in-between spaces with a grey colored pencil. My vision was a shiplap look. Finally, I adhered the strips in place on my background panel.
I made a table for the bottom of my card from strips of brown cardstock. I used the shelf die from "Rooting for You" to cut the leg pieces, & just cut a wider strip for the top with my paper trimmer. I then glued down all my images.
My supply to use for the challenge was baker's twine. I poked holes at the top corners of the sign, & one
centered above it in my background panel. I threaded the baker's twine through the holes so it created a "hanger." I also tied a tiny bow & glued that in place. Finally, I adhered my card front to a white card base.

What a fun design and sentiment. Great collection of potted plants and I love the way they are displayed about the "room". Love it and I bet Heather will too! Great card.
