A simple top-fold embossed card from a kit. The hardest part was the inking on the BG. I'm not really good at it because I'm heavy-handed. My hands are quite arthritic at this age and not as nimble as they used to be. I swear they have minds of their own!!! But I'll keep trying until I learn! Stamped my headline on white and added the smaller purple glitter sticker from my stash. Added another larger white layer behind and added the jewel glitter layer from the same set. I left it blank inside for my DIL to finish as needed.

Beautiful card of friendship, Betty. Wonderful shades of purple, lovely textured and colored background and beautiful framing of the sentiment. The jewels given such elegance. It will be admired and appreciated.

I think your inking on the background looks great, Betty, and the sparkle is so pretty. It's a wonderful card for a friend.

I actually like the way the inking turned out on the embossed layer a lot. The variations in shading gives it a lot of depth and interest. The fun glitzy squares add a lot of sparkle. What a gem. Great card.
