I had a couple of ideas for this challenge but decided I needed to use this favorite of mine with that poofy hat. And this was the perfect time to use this sentiment. It's actually a type set block that my niece found in an antique store. It's so cool. I imagine it was used for advertisements a long, long time ago. It doesn't always print very well as it's not a rubber stamp but I found that versafine clair gave a good result. Super fun challenge Susan!

What an appreciation of the fine art of Millinery! This is just perfect, Pol. The wallpaper background has such a period presence. The fancy red frame adds texture with the paper piercing and scallops mirroring the dp. I love how she commands a presence directly looking at me. I must go and dust off my finest chapeau, I've got a date for tea. Thanks for coming to the TeaParty, Polly.
left out the gold vintage collar...wonderful

What a fun card Polly. I love the image and it reminds me of some I purchased from overseas last year and have never used. Time to get them out. The hat is perfect for your fun image. Happy day.
