Here is my offering for yesterday's sketch, which I like a lot. Thanks, Lee.
I'm traveling again and always a little befuddled about what to bring with me. I always bring Zentangle and watercolors and this time, I brought several SU sets, hoping that they might be helpful. I only ever bring black ink, I need to figure out if I can bring other colors and which ones. Anyone have any input on that??
This is a very loose interpretation of the sketch, don't have much else as far as supplies. Used some metallic wc to add some color. I'm also submitting this for Monday's CAS...I figured the word 'inspire' is certainly something a teacher hopes to achieve. I feel that there is no shortage of teachers, there are many wonderful teachers who have left the field for a variety of reasons, lack of respect being one of them. I'm not happy with the direction many school boards are going.

Ditto Karen...love your muted colors and your "loose" arrangement. Love the textures created with the stamped patterns and watercolor paper and speckled background. GREAT card, Jean!

Fabulous card, especially with limited supplies. Your loose interpretation of the sketch produced wonderful results. I love seeing everyone's different direction and creative flair from the same challenge starting point. Great job!

Way to go on your clever interpretation of the sketch!
As far as your supplies challenge when on the road, I wonder if some watercolor pencils would be helpful. Sweet week to you.
