Today's challenge the artist shows us how she approaches making a painting. Here is the video by Melis Williams.
I chose to make a card for my granddaughter who loves elephants. The balloons would be a good image to layer colors to give them depth, but still have them translucent. Sketched the balloons first and then with a light box sketched the elephant. Tried to do the tips she showed us on her video. It was fun to see the different layers and how each one added depth. Hand penned the sentiment and with a copic marker and ruler did the black border. TFL and come and join us and show us your creation.
