This gorgeous flower was inside the bulletin at church this morning announcing a women's event. I made sure I brought two of them home because I wanted to make this Paper Tole Flower. Lots of fussy cutting and dimensionals.
This is a sample for Jeanette's Dare to Get Dirty challenge--paper piecing a flower. Imagine my chagrin when I discovered that I had ZERO flowers in my stash that I had hastily put together when I went to take care of my MIL. (Church bulletin to the rescue...see above.)

Beverly, I love how you used a church bulletin flower to make this beauty! Such a creative idea (born of necessity since you didn't have flower stamps with you, yes, but at the same time very clever!) You are teaching me to think outside the box, which I appreciate! Thanks for participating in my DTGD challenge!
