The snowfairy is embossed with sparkle EP but it does not show up in the photo.
I stamped the snowfairly in black pigment ink on white CS and embossed. I tore around the edges to try and help her look like she was flying; don't know if that panned out or not. Layered on grey CS and edged with red ink. Stamped in white on Michaels Classic Red CS using the asterisky stamp and cut to fit the top third of a card front. Found some Christmas patterned paper and used that for the bottom third, and joined with white grosgrain ribbon. Stamped 'Happy Holidays" on grey CS and trimmed at different angles to try and evoke a retro feel.
I mounted the snowfairy in the upper left like that to try and make it feel like she was flying across the card and was on her way off somewhere else. I had fun making this card. Thanks for looking!

You definitely achieved the funky retro feel, that Happy Holidays stamp is perfect! And the green patterned paper is fantastic. But the snow fairy takes the cake...she's ADORABLE!! I wish I could see the sparkles more, it's probably even more beautiful IRL.
