I combined two patterns of DSP and embossed with a quilted EF. Colored the teacups with watercolor pencil and added some gold Nuvo drops to their centers (doesn't really show in the photo). Fussy cut the letters from their horizontal arrangement to add them vertically.

What a sweet and inviting card. I love the dps you combined here and how they coordinate with the tea cups. Love the offset matting on the main image as well. Great idea to cut the letters and place vertically--a wonderful design element on this charmer. Wonderful card.
