I liked Ashley's celebratory CAS design with the patterned balloons and confetti frame.
My changes: colors, orientation, confetti embossed instead of punched, colored card base, only one layer, less balloons.
I did not add a sentiment until I use it, most likely for a birthday, but could be thinking of you, congratulations, etc. Also, I liked the look of Ashley's card with just the balloons.
This card would be easy to mass produce or just for using up scraps. Fun, fun!
Thanks Ashley for sharing your amazing cards with us and for inspiring mine today! TFL

Your balloons look so fun in the different patterns and colors you used here. Love the confetti ef and the cute bow. Yep, this could be used for a lot of occasions and anyone would be delighted to receive it. Great CASE and a wonderful card.

I really like this celebration bouquet, Diane! I have this ef, so I need to use this idea with balloons. The twine is so cute as well as the bow to "tie" the balloons together~
