Does anyone happen to know the name of the border set that this stamp is from? It's an old one --the label says 1996!-- and I have no idea what it was called, but it's definitely a keeper.
I cut a stencil using the arctic die and then applied versamark through it onto watercolor paper using a blending brush and embossed with white. Then I added lots of ink by smooshing the pads on my craft mat, spritzing with water, and dipping the paper into it.

I have that stamp-it is 1996, and it is Stampin Up...I dont know if it was part of a set. I only have the one which says to me I got it on ebay. I agree it is a keeper! So cute!
