The book cover is from C. S. Lewis' Reflections on the Psalms that is on my computer screen. I free handed the lyre and used white pencil to draw the strings, I outlined it with a silver metallic paint pen. I chose to use a scripture from Psalm 42 on the card.

Except for Narnia, I've never read any CS Lewis. I know I should, right? I've always been fascinated by his friendship with Tolkien. This creation is just wonderful, Liz.

Great work on the lyre - you make music on stringed instruments in more than one way. I like the torn edges. And what a comforting and encouraging verse.

This is one of my favorite scripture verses .... I know it will touch Bill's heart, too.
