Oh my, how I adored this week's 22nd watercolor challenge! I love the still of the night when my house is finally quiet and I can let the water, paint and brush work together - it's so peaceful.
I didn't do so well with my handbrushed trees but I adored the process - what I lack in talent I make up for in enthusiasm! I added a sentiment at the 11th hour becuase it looked lacking and loved the one that reminds us to get out, do what you love, find your zen, do things that make your heart smile!

Oh, I am so glad you had some quiet time and enjoyed the video. Your clouds look so pretty and I love your wintry scene. I also love that sentiment, though I haven't been doing much of what I love lately if it includes getting out. :( Be so glad when I can.

Love your message....your painting is beautiful. Great that you enjoyed doing the challenge. It is fun to let the brush, paint and water do their thing. TFS

Oh, I think this turned out beautifully and your watercolored trees are simply perfect. You’re more brave than I am. Maybe I will have to try. Thanks for the inspiration!

Your scene is gorgeous! I love your bright puffy clouds and your trees turned out beautifully! I agree, there is something almost magical about water color!

This whole scene is soft and dreamy and the first thing that caught my eye was your pretty trees. I am impressed that you free handed them - my first thought was that you had done the ink - mist-stamp technique.

Your clouds are soft and lovely! I agree with you that it is so peaceful to do water color. If we keep at it then we will get better! Hoping so anyway, right!
