Several years ago I saw a similar card using this technique. I've always wanted to try it and thanks to month 7 of covid, I have time.
The idea came from Wendy Cranford with lovinstampin.com. She downloaded the template from Sandy Allnock. I had trouble downloading from Sandy's site, so I googled it and was able to find the template. Everything is out there!
I actually took the template and traced it on to cardstock. You could print it on your cardstock directly. I had to enlarge the template to 130% to get it the right size of 4 x 5.75"
Once you have the template, use your post it notes to mask around the square you are stamping. Use your Stamparatus or Misti just in case you need to re-stamp.
From here it went pretty quickly. I used Blends markers for the entire project other than the comic strip lines.
Thanks for looking. Please leave a comment if you like this card.

So nice! Love all the cat images and the hand drawn frames. What a nice sentiment from the cat. (I don't think my cat would send me that nice of a saying!)
