I stamped the itty bitty background all over the artichoke paper and only along the top and bottom of the brocade card base.
Emboss the flowers in white and then stamp leaves and sponge blue over the top. Use a tissue to clean up the extra ink or you can use a dry clean sponge.
I also used a sponge to ink the edges of the white cardstock first with blue on the flower piece and then with artichoke on the bottom layer piece.
I got this idea from another stamper here but can't find the picture again to give due credit. Thanks for the inspiration though.
I used this for a sympathy card. for a friend.

BEE-U-TEE-FULL!! What a great card! Love the blue sponging behind the white flowers, and the torn green cardstock with the 3 brads in the corner of the white flowers, and the matting, and....well, just the whole card! Great job!

This card is a piece of Art. It is just beautiful. The blue sponging behind the flowers really make them pop. Your color choices are perfect and the layout is classic elegance. TFS

What a lovely layout and perfect color. A very good friend just lost her father and I would love to make this for her. She's a stamper and would really appreciate the beauty of this card. Thanks for sharing.

Thank YOU for the inspiration as well. This is so pretty. I'll be CASing it too. I've been searching for a little something different to do with those stamps from the set.

I like this set more each time I see it! Just made a bunch of cool OSW pages with it!!! chalk ink on white, and for a hawaiian type I used bleach, white ink and reds on orange and blues on blue paper and it was great
