I stamped the itty bitty background all over the artichoke paper and only along the top and bottom of the brocade card base.
Emboss the flowers in white and then stamp leaves and sponge blue over the top. Use a tissue to clean up the extra ink or you can use a dry clean sponge.
I also used a sponge to ink the edges of the white cardstock first with blue on the flower piece and then with artichoke on the bottom layer piece.
I got this idea from another stamper here but can't find the picture again to give due credit. Thanks for the inspiration though.
I used this for a sympathy card. for a friend.
