When I started this card, he was going to be standing on the beach; but somehow he ended up in the water. I think he had too much rum. Oh well, I hope it makes Teri smile.
Pretty straight forward: print, color, cut, paste. Not sure if it shows, but I did add white Gel pen dots at the shoreline to look a bit like surf. Learned that from Sandy Allnock.
May your day be sunny and bright TFL

Oh, what a wonderful image - and sentiment, too. Nice to see a senior pirate in the gallery . I'll imagine that he was paddling out to retrieve his bottle from where it had been cooling in the water. I can remember doing that the one and only time we camped as a family when I was a kid. But in that case, you don't want a loose cork. Fantastic colouring. I'm quite sure Teri will love this card.

Oh, this is so much fun Debbie and right up Al's alley- he would have loved this wonderful old pirate with his bottle of run. Your sentiment is perfect for this scene you created, and I know Teri will really love it too. ~Karen.
