For Ky's Wrap It Up MIXed media challenge. I have DOX inks, alcohol inks, Brushos and heat embossing.
I started by reverse masking a square and sponging it with DOX inks. When dry, I removed the mask and stamped the whole square with the IO Flourishes in Versamark, and embossed with white EP. I added some gold with a stamp from Gorgeous Grunge, as being quicker than unearthing the gold Twinkling H2Os on my desk - though I see it now...
For the heart, I cut it from Yupo. The first one I tried, I used Anita's recent alcohol marker marbling TLC, but the colours didn't stand out enough against the background, so I put that aside, cut another one and just pounced a couple of green alcohol inks onto it. The flowers are cut from a coffee filter piece which, I am pretty sure, is a leftover from a piece I made using Dina's Coffee Filter Prints tutorial. So it's the leftover coffee filter, as opposed to the print on photo paper. I added them to the heart, and used little pearls in the centres. The whole thing is popped up on foam squares.
The envelope is cut from vellum - the folder paper inside has some stamping on the inside, and the envelope can be opened, it's held shut with the tiniest dot of Mono Multi allowed to dry first.
For my card envelope I used an old Hero Arts set and markers (so I hope it doesn't rain), and the gold spatter from Gorgeous Grunge again.

I LOVE your die cut heart and the manner in which you have colored it, Sabrina. An artistic and modern looking valentine. The little envelope is a sweet addition too.
