A fun challenge today to make some backgrounds for the three cards I needed for my cousin's triplets. I don't have pan pastels, but I do have some cheap chalk pastels and they worked pretty well. The second print didn't work out for me so the outside two cards use the chalk pastels on the stenciled background, but the inside card was heat embossed with clear and sponged DOX ink on it. I colored each kid to look just like them and even used the same colors as their winter jackets by referencing a photo on Facebook. Of course I put them all on wobble springs because wobble springs are awesome. Well, I'm off to get Desmond on the bus and then heading to my play-date with Anne and Denise! Woohoo!!

Triplets! My goodness, that's a handful. Probably not as much now as five years ago. What a fun trio of action-hero cards. I'm sure they'll enjoy the personalized colours.

First I am so impressed you did 3 cards. Then to have them just perfect for your cousins kids is awesome. Have fun on your play-date with Anne and Denise. I am so jealous. Thank you so much for playing along.
