I followed this tutorial to make my Faux Letterpress using ultimate metallic Teal then edged with a die cut ironworks trim in gold.
I had planned to add the sentiment in gold, too, but NONE of my golds were even close to the paper color. So I opted to use the metallic teal which is probably a better choice overall.

Shimmer and glimmer and glorious, Linda!! Glad you kept at it, the faux embossing is beautiful in the teal. Lovely layout and it’s sure to thrill your son and his wife. Thanks for playing in my challenge, I’m certainly impressed!!

Yep, I like the teal sentiment to go with the letterpress panel (what a pretty ef!), with the gold as a dividing line. I know what you mean about trying to match EP to paper colour; I've never tried with golds but I have an ongoing problem with whites.
