Printed Malachite for background (found online), cut to size, and layered onto copper cs. I had the shaving cream marble piece from an SU class (I had loved it so much, I refused to cover it up with cut out images, so I brought it home to find a way to use it), so I layered the marble piece onto copper cs, and mounted it, offset, onto the malachite piece. Die cut the sentiment from metallic green cs, mounted onto a strip of copper cs, and added to card. Edged the strip with copper Stickles. The round copper edged circles are originally white in the center, so I colored with emerald green Pixie Powders, then when dry, coated with Glossy Accents for shine. Mounted those three pieces next to the marble piece. Used copper round studs at the corners of the card, and copper square studs at the corners of the marble piece. This will be sent to my dear Bridesdude, Fred, to honor his mother's passing. (I printed the sentiment inside the card in green to match the color scheme of the card.)
This one was really tough to photograph- even this shot doesn't show how deeply green & shiny the round bits are!

The malachite looks fabulous. I have a friend whose father was ambassador way back when the Congo was still Zaire, and I have some that she brought back. The copper-edged circles also look fabulous...and the green sentiment.

Great look...the copper and green combination! Your malachite background is fabulous and your shaving cream panel. Love the green die-cut "sympathy' next to that lovely copper! An elegant sympathy card!
