I used the inking with tape technique to make the background. Then I stamped a frame around the outside with versamark. I heat embossed with white embossing powder. I stamped the sentiment, then added the flowers with rhinestones.

Fabulous background and I am still trying to figure out how it is done with the tape. The white embossing looks fabulous. This is a very pretty birthday card.
