I created this card for the Try a New Technique Challenge- Pen Painting! LOVE this technique! My only trouble? My Elegant Writer Pen was dried out! ACK! So, I dipped it into water & used a paint brush to touch to it's tip & added my color that way! LOL New Elegant Writer Pens are en route to my house now! LOL Thank you to Judy for this new technique! You can find more photos, along with links to sites with challenges that fit my card.... Wowza! Those dried out pens didn't stop you from creating a breathtaking card! I love everything about it! The gold especially. I hadn't thought about the fact that I can buy those pens without even leaving my house. Hmm....

I'm so glad you persevered through the dried out pen, this card is gorgeous! I especially love the flecks of gold which adds to the wonderful vintage feel.
