For Sabrina's technique challenge- stretch our stencils (with doodling)
I first stenciled the wave bg with a variety of blue tone DOX & DI inks with a sponge dauber on mixed media paper.
Then stenciled the turtle on earthy green colored CS using a variety of Green tone DOX & distressed inks. I doodled the outlines of the turtle and fussy cut it, sponged edges
Using a different wave/cloud stencil, I outlined the shapes as my guide to fussy cut 2 pieces for the heat embossed sentiment. Assembled, splashed a bit of water on the card, then added some blu & irredescent sequins for added interest.
Fun challenge!

You certainly stretched your stencils on this one, Jeannie! That turtle is absolutely wonderful. I'm really liking the way you used a stencil even for the sentiment shapes, cool. They remind me of the shapes on Chinese embroidery. Thanks for playing along in the TLC today.

That turtle shell just glows and the stenciled waves look super. The fussy cut cloud / waves is a great way to highlight your white embossed sentiment.
