I stamped, colored and cut out the penguin and hearts. I cut 1" squares of plaid paper and added them to white cardstock. I used my heart framelits to cut the heart. Then I used the scallop heart and largest plain heart framelit to cut the border. I added the image and heart with dimensionals. I used the Darice Hearts embossing folder for the background.
