This was quite a bit of fun making a paper towel background. I discovered that my paper towels are two-ply and messing with them, I quickly lost the second layer...I actually liked this better.
I need to work on getting all of my stamps inky! So this is the first time this set has seen ink. I stamped the burlap stamp on the paper towel in black after swiping my linen pad over the paper towel.

I like the somewhat translucent look of the DE-plied towel . . . and so much easier than trying to glue the 2 plys back together like I did LOL . . . awesome stamp - I'm happy you finally put ink to it and love the swirly trail of pearls behind your bird.
