This is for Sabrina's Try a Technique Challenge - Bridge Card. I have two card-making goals for 2018 - purge my stash of pre-stamped images, leftovers, die-cuts and secondly, to learn new techniques for cards designs, inks, pencils, etc. This card is an early start on both goals. I don't have a border die or punch, so I searched my supply of die-cuts from friends. I found the butterfly border from Kandi/Kemernow and the grass border from Rita/Stamping Servant. Thank you ladies! I learned a new technique with the Bridge Card fold. Thank you, Sabrina for your excellent instructions. So much fun! Happy New Year.

This turned out beautifully! I'm not a big user of DP and I know I am going to make more of these simply to use up some of what I have. As you've shown so perfectly here, not even any stamping required! I'm glad you were able to fulfill two goals and produce a beautiful card at the same time. I love the colours, and the little butterflies perched on the foliage flourish.

Diane, this is adorable ... I just saw this Bridge fold on YouTube a few days ago and was thinking about trying it. Love how you incorporated your die cuts in such a clever way! Great card, my friend!! Happy New Year!

What a lovely bridge card this is Diane (I have to look up this technique now). What a terrific use for your gifted goodies in making this wonderful springtime card. It is -15 degrees here so looking at this card warms my heart up. ~Karen.

Good for you to use that long-held stash of dsp! I still have a hefty supply despite a couple of big purges, so I think making more of these type of cards with dsp is a great plan! Love the butterflies and die cut borders, they make this one pretty card!
