This was NOT going to be a Christmas card, but when I put yellow acrylic on my card it was so bright, and but the time I'd mixed it with copper and pulled out a leafy embossing folder - well, a Christmas card it is.
The base is sponged with Peeled Paint distress stain, embossed with the same embossing folder and then the embossing highlighted with more Peeled Paint.
Image stamped on white card and coloured with Polychromos pencils.
I tried using linen finish card for this distress acrylic panel and I like the look it gave, I must actually try it with some of my paper for acrylics. After sanding, I used Peeled Paint, and then added white gel pen accents and edging.

Awesome non traditional Christmas card...the fall colors are so rich and pretty. The typical red and green holiday cards are not my favorite color combo. That leaf at is so nice and mimics the look of the strand of lights.
