I also needed a birthday card... and made my flowers by combining two dies from the Marianne design die sets: LR0130 and LR0129 .
The leaves are made with the Floral punches from Nellie Snellen and with a MC Gill punch.
My floral PP is actually a Christmas paper...
My embellishment in the left upper corner is made with an oval die cut from the pp and covered with an oval clear shape ( used for making medallions ).
Accessories: Big shot/Nestabilities: classic-scalloped circle an oval die cut/Marianne Design: Designer Doily LR0130 and flower from LR0129/MC Gill leaves/Nellie Snellen Floral leaves/Brads/Pink Ribbon/Heat tool and clear embossing powder/

Love how the colors, pp and die cuts work together. Your DIY medallion is a lovely embellishment. Your rainy day brought us another treat, thanks for playing in the challenge.
