A new (to me) scenic stamp by Stampendous colored in the Penny Black style of using a stamp press ink pads and markers to color the stamped area.. then heat embossing so you can color the background.
This was my first try so you know it is an easy method to follow.
The markers I used were Memento;
pear tart
bamboo leaves
new sprout
cottage ivy
potters clay
rhubarb stalk
rich cocoa
desert sand
Mostly used those markers because that is what I had on hand that worked with water.
Here is a link to the video that I watched while making my card. It shows the techniques used to create the bg and inking the stamp with markers.

I didn't even know Momento made markers! Probably it is a good thing I didn't know! LOL. This technique made a beautiful card. Your coloring is amazing on here. Great job!

I love this. So many of the stamps anymore don't relly allow for much coloring and this turned out beautiful. I will have to find out about the technique and try it.
------------------------------ It seems ink runs in my veins!
Thanks for looking at my playwork!
