To make my panels I pasted torn pieces of text from a book onto paper, painted with gesso. I followed the instructions in our tutorial section for Screen Divider Card, which was the Long Division challenge. My personal to & from message goes on the 3rd panel.

Oh my, this is just fabulous. I was remembering back to a tag book I made with Scriptures and birds and thinking that I should translate that to a screen divider - and you've done it for me . I love the way you used the collaged book pages as a base layer, and the little lace and ribbon banners are just so cute. I bet she will keep this one out for a long time! Umm, don't we all set our cards we receive out! I know that I only took down my RAK welcome card this year because it was so faded from the sun over the last 8 years or so...special cards stay up a long time here .

This is so pretty! I really like your book pages coated with gesso. I don't own gesso but keep thinking I should change that and you've given me another reason! Pretty purple and your top border is so delicate and lovely.
