I decided to ignore the "have to does" ...something I will regret tomorrow...and just make a card because I really like this week's colors. I did sneak in some yellow before I could stop myself -oops. And as usual, my colors turned out a little brighter than the challange colors. The bg is sponged and then more color was added through a stencil. The flower vine was stamped 3 times then I used a small paint brush to paint the ink from the distress ink pads into the flowers. I splattered some dilute acrylic paint on the card, then ruined it with that ugly bow. I had just finished convincing myself that the bow wasn't that horrible when my husband walked by and casually said "I liked it better without the bow". He missed that message about the right answer when your wife asks "does my butt look fat in these pants?" TEL, Francie

OOH! Francie, I always LOVE your colorful creations! I have this stamp set and that stencil, but could never even come close to creating something this stunning. I think the bow is a really cute touch. My favorite, though, is the white highlights. Gorgeous!

You cracked me up! I get very defensive when anyone makes an unnecessary comment on my cards. Maybe we should all make cards that say if you don't like it, keep your mouth shut. I personally think it looks great.
Btw, love your entire card,
